- stress, depression or anxiety
- relationship difficulties
- anger, physical, emotional and sexual violence/abuse
- intergenerational family issues
- family violence
- divorce, separation and subsequent care of children
- parenting issues
We charge a reasonable hourly rate for counselling. We do not turn anyone away based on financial circumstances – please discuss your financial capacity with your counsellor.
Counselling is available for Spanish speaking individuals and families.
Social workers support individual and families to improve well-being and build resilience. Our social work services often involve benefit and housing advocacy, increasing social connections, parenting support, employment preparation and supporting children in schools. Social workers often liaise with other agencies to assist clients in accomplishing their goals. Our social work services are free to all clients.
